(ON 01 MAY 2012, THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) WILL EXPAND MILITARY DRUG TESTING OF THE MORE COMMONLY ABUSED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS BEGINNING WITH HYDROCODONE AND HYDROMORPHONE)
This pamphlet provides instructions and procedures for implementing the Army Policies provided in AR 600-85, chapter 14 and provides standardized procedures for the completion of the prescribed Army Substance Abuse Program. Effective 15 October 2001.
